Shelly Dilawri has over 15 years of experience in mental health care. She began her career at the University Health Network’s eating disorder program before moving into private practice

Shelly integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to create personalized treatment programs that help clients overcome obstacles and achieve recovery. Her work focuses on supporting individuals through mental health challenges, life transitions, and postpartum adjustments. Shelly’s passion lies in helping people navigate barriers so they can reach their full potential.

Holly Dickinson – Psychotherapist and Dietitian specializing in eating disorders in Georgetown ON

Holly Dickinson

Holly Dickinson, M.A., RD – Registered Psychotherapist & Registered Dietitian

Holly Dickinson has been working in the field of eating disorders for over 16 years. She began her career as a Registered Dietitian, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Western Ontario and completing her dietetic internship at the University Health Network.

Recognizing the importance of a therapeutic background in her work, Holly went on to complete her Master of Education in Counselling Psychology at OISE, University of Toronto, becoming both a Registered Psychotherapist and a Registered Dietitian.

Holly uses a weight-inclusive approach, helping clients rebuild a healthier relationship with food while addressing the emotional aspects of recovery. She has extensive training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, and has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Holly also has experience facilitating and co-facilitating CBT and DBT-based groups as well as providing individual counselling.
